Some of our members have reported that when they add the mailing information in an offer, the receive the following error message(s)
"Sorry, your address cannot be found" or
“You entered the wrong address”.
In some systems, it helps if you spell out the address, instead of using numbers.
For Example:
Say you lived at if you lived at:
1000 50th Avenue or 5092 7th Street.
You could try spelling it out as such:
1000 Fiftieth Avenue or 5092 Seventh Street.
The reason for this is sometimes an advertiser's form system see a “space” between two sets of numbers as an error, and then fails.

As is often the case with technology, there are usually some issues when new versions of software are released.
We have been hearing mixed results when members use Internet Explorer version 8.0.
Some members are claiming that offers are not tracking as well in Internet Explorer version 8.0. A major possibility of this is that many of the offers currently available where designed for Firefox or Internet Explorer version 7.0 or earlier.
If you are currently using the new version of Internet Explorer, we recommend that you downgrade back to Internet Explorer version 7.0.
Steps to determine your browser version:
- Open up your browser, and on the top menu bar, select “Help”.
- Next, select "About Internet Explorer". A window will appear containing your version number.
Steps to downgrade Internet Explorer:
Microsoft XP versions (Home, Pro & Media Center edition)
1. Click "Start" and then click "Control Panel."
2. Click "Add or Remove Programs."
3. Check "Show Updates" at the top of the dialog box.
4. Scroll down the list and highlight the version of Internet Explorer that you are running, and then click "Change/Remove."
Microsoft Vista (All versions)
1. Click "Start," and then click "Control Panel."
2. Click "Programs".
3. Click "View Installed Updates".
4. Click on the IE 8.0 Beta Update & click uninstall.
This will restore your browser to the default version, IE version 7 for Vista.

ATTENTION ALL MEMBERS.

11:45 pm Sunday, to 3:00 am Monday evening, WMC, the parent company of SunnySideCash.com, will be upgrading the workstations of the company.
This
WILL NOT affect the operational use of the site, including the ability to complete offers during this 3 hour window.
What this will do is upgrade the workstations to the most current versions of MS office and other automation software.
In addition, a new system will be placed online that has been designed to provide Enterprise Data Redundancy and increased Fault Tolerance.
All of SunnySideCash.com's members data will not only be backed up periodically, but will be stored on a Raid 1 (Mirror) Array which mirrors the exact same data on multiple hard drives, providing critical protection against a physical failure hard drive failure.
We have been running both systems over the weekend and the migration should be complete by 3:00 am.
The only part of the system that will be effect is the ability to respond to trouble tickets and inbox messages untill approximately 6:00 am Monday Morning.

On Friday, Feb 13, 2009 - The internet servers in which SunnySideCash & many other GPT sites run on, received a special software patch to deal with recent security issues.
This caused delays and short outages on Friday afternoon.
The company that manages these internet servers have informed us that this should be resolved shortly, but was neccesary to protect the entire network.
We apologize for any delays this may have caused our members.
