How do I file an NCR (Non Credit Request) Ticket if my offer did not credit? If the offer was one that required you to make an initial purchase by a credit card, such as trials and shopping, you can file an NCR (Non Credit Request) Ticket by logging into the system, and selecting “Support”. Once you open up the trouble ticket, please include the following information:
It can take up to 60 days for an advertiser to research a NCR request.
