What if my offer does not credit?
In this industry, there will be, from time to time, offers that simply do not credit. This is especially true of free offers that simply require you to complete a survey. The crediting of offers is at the sole discretion of the advertiser, who maintains the database that you submit your personal information.
If the offer was one that required you to make an initial purchase by a credit card, such as trials and shopping, you can file an NCR (Non Credit Request) Ticket by logging into the system, and selecting “Support”.
