A UNIX timestamp is assigned to every offer as it enters the system. In the event that two users have the exact same amount of offers (or points), the computer uses this timestamp to determine the winner, being the person whose offer was recognized by the computer as being first.

This is an automated part of the Shiftcode© Script System that is located on the Shiftcode transaction servers. SunnySideCash's staff or admins do not have access to these scripts nor do they have the ability to override these scripts. This helps insure fairness and accuracy by allowing the computer to make the determination of placement of all contests.
